About Us

Saturnus Capital is a partner-owned private equity firm focusing on investments in „Mittelstand“ companies in Germany and Switzerland.

Over the past years, the Saturnus Founding Partners have closed a number of successful transactions together in the target region.

We typically acquire majority stakes in profitable companies with significant growth potential in the areas of Healthcare, Business Services, IT, Consumer Services and Industrial Production.

As active investors, we support our portfolio companies when it comes to internationalization, acquisitions, digitalization, strengthening of sales & marketing functions and implementation of best practices.

Joscha Böhm

PARTNER

Joscha has 18 years of private equity experience. Prior to founding Saturnus he held leadership positions at international investment firms and was responsible for a number of successful private equity transactions.

Joscha holds a Diploma in Economics & Finance from Ludwig Maximilians Universität München (LMU).

Philipp Schweizer

PARTNER

Philipp has 10 years of experience in the areas of private equity, M&A and transaction services. Prior to founding Saturnus he worked as an Investment Manager on various successful private equity transactions.

Philipp holds a CFA and a Master in Accounting & Finance from Strathclyde Business School Glasgow and HfWU Nürtingen (European School of Finance).
